• Asharqia Chamber launches the fifth phase of its free initiative to qualify 3000 young men and women

    On Monday October 8, 2018, Asharqia Chamber will launch the fifth phase of the Chamber's initiative that to qualify and train 3000 young men and women for the labor market through providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the new jobs approved by the Council of Ministers and became mandatory for localization in 12 economic activities for Saudi citizens only.

    Phase five of the program is launched under the title "Skills of Sales Personnel" from 8-10 October 2018, and would take place at the headquarter of the Chamber in Dammam, from 4 pm to 9 pm. The program is free of charge, and the participants who have received the number of hours of the training program are entitled to attendance certificates.

     

    For his part, Chairman of the Chamber, Abdulhakeem bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, said that the fifth phase will be held within 3 days, as it aims to identify the needs of customers using smart questions, identify the patterns of these customers and how to deal with each type of them, develop sales skills face to face and over the phone, overcome the fear of selling and responding, learn the ability to negotiate and persuade and develop relationships with customers, introduce the concepts of science and art of selling and marketing modern, and the specifications of the seller excellence, training on practical steps to make the sale process successful, develop practical skills in the application of selling theories, and the knowledge of identifying the needs of customers efficiently and effectively, preparing sales reports according to criteria that take into consideration the basics of marketing and sales, developing skills of presentation, and breaking the barrier of fear and tension when facing customers.

     

    The program will address many topics including the classification of customer segments, the knowledge of target customers, the relationship of needs to purchasing motives, listening skills, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as practical training on how to deal with customer objections and excuses, the most important reasons for the lack of customer approval to buy, cross-selling and upward sales, time management of sales staff, the skill of handling customer intercept professionally, skills to search for potential customers to buy, fatal mistakes in sales and how to avoid them.

     

    The four stages of the initiative recorded a great interest of the registrants, where a large number of young men and women participated as they wish to develop their potential and acquire skills and new information with experience in this area.

    They would be trained at a rate of 5 hours a day from academic trainers, who have the scientific experience and also practiced business in the field and have a deep practical experience in all the details provided to the trainees, "where we ensured that the training has an effective impact on the participants."​
